Why do I exercise?

To keep up with my girls!
And my hubby!
And my clients!
So I don’t stiffen up or get re-injured
To never weigh 200 pounds again
And to be able to eat chocolate!!


Philosophy

I want to help educate you on becoming healthier and stronger; not see how quickly you can become a size 6 or how much I can make you hurt. Science shows us that we can healthfully lose 1-2 pounds a week and keep it off by making lifestyle changes. Media shows us we can lose 20 pounds a week through extreme diet, exercise and pills, but not how to stay healthy and strong.

I am here to guide you through the process, not the quick fix. I want to show you how great you can feel when you eat healthfully and move your body as it was intended to move, even after injury. I will meet you where you are in the process, whether you only want to lose 10 more pounds on a journey you started some time ago or you are just starting and the gym looks like it is full of scrap metal. To borrow a phrase, I am here to make you a size healthier!
